BRB empowers young people to be fully engaged in mainstream economy and build sustainable livelihood. In this regard, the organization trains young people in business developments and management and also links young budding businesses well established businesses and markets. The organization also equips young people for various industries through setting specialized training platforms and also runs apprenticeship programs with a number of companies.
