Through the support of The Global Fund under the Ministry of Finance, Project Management Unit, BRB held a 3 days workshop at Avani Lesotho and Casinos for the AGYW-CLM staff. The training was aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and nurturing talent for future challenges. The refresher aspect was aimed at adjusting project inline with the practical application while review and training was aimed at empowering implementing staff with knowledge and skill on CLM theory, practice and principle in Lesotho context and also allow project flexibility.
“I had the opportunity to learn about all M&E reporting guidelines and resources, as well creating appropriate requests and keeping track with them. I also now understand all of the new tasks in the implementation package and have the road map of how GC7 ought to continue and how everything should be done”. – Ms Relebohile Moleleki (District Coordinator Butha Buthe).
