Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum (BRB) is a Non-profit and Non-Governmental Community Based youth development Organization. BRB is a youth network organization which exists to transform communities through youth capacity building and empowerment in the following thematic areas, i) Youths and democratic governance, ii) Youths and Health and ii) Sustainable Livelihoods. BRB is a registered organization with the Kingdom of Lesotho under the Societies Act of 1966. The organization, through financial support from The Global Fund, through Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (MOFDP-PMU), is implementing Community Led Monitoring (CLM) in 6 Districts of Lesotho namely Leribe, Botha-Bothe, Mokhotlong, Thab-Tseka, Quthing and Qacha’s Neck.

A | Program Coordinator X 1 Fixed Term | Purpose: The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing program design, implementation and reporting of the project. They are key in conducting report reviews and presentation, aligning them to specific donor requirements. They are in charge of developing and managing all project activities. Central to their work is creating an effective work synergy for BRB program staff in all Districts. Qualifications: First level university degree in social work, public policy, international development, development studies, or related fields. Advanced certificate in development studies Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Program Coordinating position responsible for managing activities of international development projects Knowledge of the major project design and reporting. B | Administrative Secretary X1. Fixed Term | Purpose: Reporting to the Executive Director and Finance Manager, the Admin Sec is responsible for the management of office etiquette, the HR affairs and the Executive diary. Duties include preparing minutes, management of staff files and managing executive errands. Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degrees in Office Admin/HRDiploma with relevant experience can be considered Previous experience in the financial and administrationHave prior knowledge – 2 years’ reputable experience will be considered highly Being a member of BRB is added advantage Must be below 30 years of age | Alternating Between Leribe and Maseru Office | A2 |
All interested and qualified candidates for category A and B should hand deliver their application letters accompanied by detailed curriculum vitae with three references and certified copies of academic, professional and training certificates to Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum Offices in Leribe, along Main North opposite to LEC Regional Offices. Deadline for category B is Friday the 25th of April 2025 At 1200hrs (CAT), while for category A it is 30 April 2025 at 1200hrs. No application will be accepted beyond deadline.
